How it works

1) Ingest — Vercel Cron pulls recent filings from SEC EDGAR (data.sec.gov) with a compliant User-Agent and rate limit.

2) Extract — Deterministic fields (form, CIK, accession, URLs). Narratives use a safe template; optional LLM polish still passes a banlist.

3) Guard — Tip language is blocked. Failures halt email send. Disclaimers are forced on pages and emails.

4) Deliver — Public web sample for everyone; subscribers get Resend email and optional ticker filters.

5) Bill — Stripe Checkout + Customer Portal. No human ops queue.
